The Brief

With limited resource but a database of non-business users in small and growing companies, Dropbox wanted to migrate these users onto their business product. 

We worked with Branch Road to help us redesign and launch an email nurture program targeting the SMB sector. Together, we crafted our story for these specialist audiences before Branch Road mapped out the content and journey for each segment. As a direct result of our work with Branch Road, we doubled our engagement and click-through rates. This has provided us with many new leads and furthered our visibility and adoption within small and growing businesses.
